To preclude recurrence of short circuiting of the control circuits of the engine starter solenoids, electric cables Nos. P2B, P20A and P20B in the starter solenoid circuits shall be increased in size to 16 gage and a 15 ampere trip-free circuit breaker installed in the circuit at the point where lead P2B connects into the electric system.
